• 4 c cut up Santa Rose Plums
  • 1 ½ c sugar
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 egg whites
  • beaten


  1. Place the plums into a blender with the sugar and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

  2. Fold in the beaten egg whites and freeze the mixture.

  3. Stir after a few hours and continue to freeze until time to serve.
